Jackson is a senior at the prestigious St. Mark’s School of Texas in Dallas, where he has distinguished himself as both a scholar and a leader. His passion for writing began in middle school and came to life in high school with the publication of his debut novel, A Train Away.
A natural leader, Jackson serves as Captain of the St. Mark’s Wrestling Team, where he has earned numerous awards, including top-three finishes at both the Prep State and SPC Championships. His consistent performance has also secured him a place at Prep Nationals for two consecutive years. Beyond the mat, Jackson is Co-Captain of the school’s award-winning BEST Robotics Team and a Senior Representative on the Inclusion and Diversity Leadership Council. He is also an active member of the Jazz Club and a dedicated fifth-year Mandarin student.
In addition to his love for creative writing, Jackson has played the piano since the age of five and is currently teaching himself to play the guitar. He is also the founder of GRAB (Get Really Awesome Books) — [insert website] — a foundation dedicated to donating new and gently used books to underserved communities, hospitals, and shelters. Jackson believes that everyone should have access to books to foster both education and imagination.
After graduation, Jackson plans to pursue studies in Electrical Engineering and Quantum Computing—fields that combine his creativity, curiosity, and passion for problem-solving.
